Orders are shipped from our warehouses UPS ground, UPS Standard To Canada, Next Day Air ,UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select. All orders must be placed by 8:00 AM PST Mon-Fri or order will be shipped the following day. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday and some holidays. You can go to our checkout page and calculate your exact shipping cost. Fell free to call us if you have any questions. Also, if you go to checkout and you are not shown a shipping charge, please contact us for a quote.

Washington residence will be charged state tax at checkout.

We can ship outside of the United States and Canada, please contact us by phone or email us, and let us know what you want, and your complete address.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

LMD Disaster Survival Kits & Supply LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is returned in its original condition. We will offer to replace the item or issue a refund minus any shipping costs. We will also replace any product or component that was damaged during shipment or is otherwise defective. The customer is responsible for shipping of products ordered in error and a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Food and water are not returnable.(Sorry)
